Purpose
The purpose of this training is to help educators implement research-based approaches to behavior and classroom management. This training was determined based on the current recommendations stated on the latest needs assessment conducted at WSES and through the current data and information collected at previous professional developments and professional learning community meetings and related the Teacher Leader Model Standards stated below.
